3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your order is successfully canceled, you'll receive a full refund.

Approved cancellation refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

No cancellation fees apply to orders successfully canceled before shipment.

4. Can I Cancel After My Order Ships?

Once your order has shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel it.

However, you may still be eligible for a return under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

For hygiene and safety reasons, menstrual cups must remain unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a standard return.
